Founded in 1999 by Dr. Ann De Clercq in Latem, our firm began with a clear mission: to provide expert intellectual property services with a client-focused approach. Over the years, we expanded our presence, moving to Leuven to better serve our growing client base and, eventually, opening a second office in Hasselt.

We take great pride in being a female-founded firm, built on Ann’s vision of delivering tailored IP strategies for inventors, businesses, and global brands.
